Looking for a way to turn Golden Colorado into a giant game board? Urban Adventure Quest has created an interactive mini scavenger hunt that combines the fun of the Amazing Race with a one and a half-hour sightseeing tour of Golden Colorado. Guided from any smartphone, groups make their way among well-known and overlooked gems of the city, solving clues and completing challenges while learning local history.
The adventure begins outside the Visitor Center and takes you along a path next to Clear Creek as you discover the rich history of Golden. You'll explore the street art, the historic Armory, and if the wind is right...catch a whiff of Golden's finest brewing. The tour requires about two miles of walking.
