We need all hands on deck to ensure a safe, clean, and fully functional facility. Below is a breakdown of tasks to be completed. 🔧 Task List & Details 1. Concessions & Grill Area Cleanup 🍔🍟 Deep clean all concession stands, countertops, and storage areas. 🧹 Clean and sanitize the grill and surrounding workspace. 📦 Organize inventory and dispose of expired items. 🍟 Check and restock supplies such as napkins, utensils, and condiments. 2. Fire Extinguishers – Serviced & Filled 🔥 Inspect all fire extinguishers on-site. 💪 Ensure they are serviced, properly filled, and accessible. 3. Light Towers – Serviced & Functional 💡 Check all light towers to confirm they are operational.. 💼 Ensure fuel or power sources are adequate. 4. Pit Area Cleanup 🏗️ Remove asphalt chunks, debris, and any trip hazards. 💪 Sweep and level uneven areas. 🚨 Ensure pit spaces are clearly marked and accessible. 5. Painting & Facility Touch-Ups 🎨 Paint trim and touch up buildings where needed. 🚧 Ensure entrance areas, barriers, and signage are refreshed. 🏆 Mark and Designate Reserved Pit Area Parking 6. Winner’s Circle – Build & Designate Area 🏆 Construct the designated Winner’s Circle area. 📸 Ensure a clean and professional appearance for photos and ceremonies. 7. Track Vehicles – Maintenance & Cleaning 🚗 Check fuel levels, tires, and mechanical components. 🧹 Clean all track vehicles and ensure they are in working order. 8. Chain-Link Fence Repairs 🛠️ Inspect fencing for damage or loose sections. 🔧 Repair or replace broken links and reinforce weak spots. 9. Asphalt Repairs – Patching & Filling Holes 🛠️ Continue filling potholes and repairing track surfaces. 🌐 Ensure smooth and safe transitions in high-traffic areas. 10. Bathroom Renovations & Upgrades 🚽 Install toilet paper holders, paper towel dispensers, and soap dispensers. 🧹 Clean and sanitize all restroom areas. 🚧 Ensure plumbing and fixtures are in good working order.
