Noelle LeVeaux, CMO FIFA World Cup 26™ Dallas


Noelle LeVeaux is a highly sought after marketing and management consultant focused on marketing strategy, sales, advertising, brand management and communications. She has 30 years of increasing responsibility as well as a bachelor of science in mathematics from Spelman College and a master of science degree in digital communications analytics from University of North Texas.


Prior to relaunching her consultancy, Ms. LeVeaux served as the Group Publisher of D Magazine Partners, which included responsibility for D Magazine, D CEO, D Home and D Weddings as well as sixty plus events and all digital assets. Previously, she was the Chief Marketing Officer for Communities Foundation of Texas as well as CMO of Visit Dallas, the marketing arm of the City of Dallas. In 2012, LeVeaux launched the BIG Campaign to rebrand Dallas, including a traditional media buy, as well as a social/public engagement campaign. The campaign has won several awards including the AMA DFW Marketer of the Year in Branding and a regional Addy for Integrated Campaigns. In 2013, LeVeaux was honored by Skift.com as one of the top-50 travel marketers in the world.


Prior to joining the Bureau, LeVeaux served as interim vice-president of Marketing/Public Relations for Children’s Medical Center. While at Children’s, she co-produced a 13-part television documentary that aired on the local ABC affiliate. After college, she started her corporate career with MBNA in their elite management development program. She received several promotions and increasing levels of responsibility during her 13-year tenure.


In 2006, LeVeaux co-founded Dress for Success Dallas, a non-profit organization for disadvantaged women. In 2010, She published a children’s book, I Miss You When I Sleep. In 2014, LeVeaux was diagnosed with breast cancer. She shared her experience through her blog: Confessions of a Single Mom with Cancer as well as a TedTalk entitled – Asleep at the Wheel.


LeVeaux chairs the City Year Dallas board and serves on numerous other nonprofit boards including Booker T Washington’s HSPVA Advisory Board, Community Partners of Dallas, Forest Forward and TITAS. She is a member of the Dallas Assembly, Charter 100 Women, and Leadership Dallas Alumni.

Anita Simmons, Director of Marketing, FIFA World Cup 26™ Dallas


Anita Simmons is a marketing strategist and brand storyteller with two decades of experience developing campaigns that strengthen brands, activate public spaces, and connect communities through thoughtful, creative communication.


She began her career at a market research firm before moving into media advertising at Belo Interactive, where she managed advertising across five major U.S. news markets. That early foundation sharpened her ability to blend data, creativity, and strategy—skills that continue to guide her work today.


Anita is known for building meaningful brand reputations through a mix of digital campaigns, public relations, newsletters, stakeholder engagement, and earned media. She’s led media buying and directed large-scale productions to increase awareness and drive support—especially for nonprofit fundraising efforts. Her marketing leadership has supported organizations such as Savannah Tour of Homes and Gardens, Wipe Out Kids Cancer, and Girls Inc. of Metropolitan Dallas.


While serving as Director of Marketing, Communications, and Events for Uptown Dallas Inc., Anita developed a series of community-driven events and led the launch of a public art initiative celebrating local creatives. Earlier in her career, she was part of the four-person team behind the opening of the Sundance Square Plaza in Fort Worth, promoting and producing high-impact events like ESPN College GameDay, concerts, and large-scale festivals that helped boost visibility and business for local merchants.


Anita is the founder and creative director behind ASIF.Shop, a jewelry brand built to honor female leadership, community, and intentional design.


She holds a degree in Journalism and in Marketing with a concentration in Advertising from the University of North Texas, and her extensive international travel continues to inform the global perspective she brings to public engagement, placemaking, and brand strategy.

Angela Neal, MBA, MS, President, AMA DFW, and Founder, Just The Heart, LLC


Angela Neal is a seasoned leader and strategist with more than 20 years of experience at the intersection of technology, marketing, and design. In 2003, she founded Just The Heart, LLC, an award-winning firm recognized for delivering brand strategies and measurable results. The company has built its reputation on excellence, with 99% of its clients coming by referrals.


Her career began with groundbreaking work for NASA, where she developed trajectories for Shuttle Missions and achieved 100% accuracy in Ascent Flight Design and Dynamics. She later transitioned into consulting for Fortune 500 companies, helping them optimize e-commerce, marketing, and analytics strategies. Her approach emphasizes customer engagement, operational efficiency, and driving profitability, blending technical expertise with creative insight.


Angela is also a respected leader in the marketing community. She served as President of the American Marketing Association - Dallas / Fort Worth Chapter (AMA DFW) from February 2020 - December 2022, becoming the organization’s first Black President. During her tenure, she successfully guided several hundred members and volunteers through a transformative period. Additionally, Angela launched the organization’s Community Engagement Initiative - helping small to medium businesses and small non-profits in the DFW area impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic. In recognition of her many contributions, she was named a finalist for the AMA National Volunteer Award in 2022. Angela is the current President of AMA DFW.


Passionate about sharing knowledge, Angela enjoys speaking on diverse topics, offering lessons learned and practical strategies for achieving goals. She is committed to teaching and inspiring others to reach their full potential.


Her academic credentials reflect her multidisciplinary expertise. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Spelman College, a Master of Science in Mathematics from Tennessee Technological University, an Executive MBA from the University of Texas at Dallas, and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from The Art Institute of Dallas.
