Caring for someone with dementia is never easy—but you don’t have to do it alone.Teal Creek Senior Living invites caregivers, family members, friends, and professionals to join our monthly Alzheimer’s & Dementia Education & Support Meeting. Led by certified dementia expert Patti James, this free support group is designed to equip caregivers with both the knowledge and encouragement they need to keep going.
What You’ll Experience:
✔ Guidance from a Certified Dementia Practitioner & Alzheimer’s Association Facilitator
✔ A different topic each month—focused on real-life challenges and solutions
✔ A supportive space to ask questions, share experiences, and connect
✔ Optional on-site respite during the meeting
✔ Access to Teal Creek’s Respite Care Program and other resources
Whether you're caring for a loved one at home, navigating a recent diagnosis, or helping a client as a healthcare professional—this group is here to support you.
