About this Event
Live Location: Lady Lisa Sainsbury Lecture Theatre, Jodrell Gate, Kew Gardens, Richmond TW9 3DS
Fundraising Lecture
A Kew Diploma alumnus, Alys Fowler is a garden writer who thinks with her stomach. She loves growing food and is dedicated to making the most out of growing in small spaces. She is particularly interested in urban agriculture and its possibilities within cities and built-up spaces.
Join us as Alys discusses growing in small spaces, particularly in urban or built-up areas. She will look into what the future for our small spaces holds and the possibilities that lie within them. From growing for food, plant selection and well-being to the ecology and how they contribute to the wider environmental matter, Alys will give us an insight into how we can make the most of our spaces.
