ALWAYS WANTED TO LEARN TO SEW? … We're running a FREE 'Learn to Sew' course at Alpha Omega WPS, aimed at complete beginners. The course is funded through the government numeracy programme, Multiply, which has been developed to help adults improve their numeracy skills. Learners will make and take home a selection of machine sewn projects. The course is open to anyone that is aged 19+ (before 31st August 2024), lives in Cheshire East and does not have or is currently working below GCSE maths grade 4/C level. Course covers: envelope style cushion cover; drawstring bag; tote shopper and bunting. All materials and equipment provided.
