In the spirit of Thanksgiving, HAPBWA Foundation invites you to a special, completely free gathering to celebrate women’s leadership, resilience, and purpose. This program is designed to help you pause, realign with what matters, and step into the next season focused and fulfilled.

How do high-achieving women stay in motion without losing direction? Victoria shares insights from aviation and leadership on navigating multiple roles, choosing purpose over pressure, and building a career—and life—that aligns with your deepest values.

- Recognizing your impact as a professional woman in society without losing sight of what matters most.
Special Highlights
- Community Drive: We will collect $25 supermarket gift cards at check-in to donate to low-income high school students, to be delivered this December to a school in Orange County.
- Airline Ticket Raffle: Two round-trip airline tickets will be raffled on-site among registered attendees (courtesy of our sponsors).*
- Networking & Gratitude Circles: Connect with leaders, founders, and professionals across Central Florida.
