Join Leadership Springfield and regional leaders in the nonprofit sector for a panel discussion over breakfast. During this session, participants will gain practical tools to conduct a "health checkup" on their own nonprofit board of directors or evaluate boards they are considering joining. Whether you're a seasoned board member, a nonprofit professional, or new to the world of governance, this professional development session will equip you with the knowledge and skills to maximize your impact as a leader in the nonprofit world. This panel discussion will be moderated by Holly Beadle, Director of Philanthropic Services for Community Foundation of the Ozarks. These panelists will share their invaluable insights for delivering effective board leadership:
-Diane Drollinger, CEO of Network for Strong Communities
-Laura Farmer, Executive Director of CASA of Southwest Missouri
-Dan Prater, Senior Managing Consultant at FORVIS
