On Friday, February 21, students, alumni, and members of the University of Maryland community are invited to cheer on student teams as they compete to take home the Alumni Cup!The Alumni Cup competition, presented by the Engineering Alumni Network, inspires students to think creatively as they work together to design Rube-Goldberg inspired machines that can accomplish a simple task. Each engineering department goes head-to-head as the teams and their machines are judged on effectiveness, presentation, and team spirit. This year marks the 14th year of this highly anticipated annual competition.
