The inaugural Alton Talent show is quickly coming upon us! Given the insane ever-growing prize package of $800 and over a grand worth of local business gifts and treasures, this will be sure to be an awesome event. Big thanks to Jacoby Arts Center for making this a part of their 20th anniversary event as well as Milton Schoolhouse for allowing all day auditions. This is truly a community event.
Because of the demand we are expecting for talent show participants, they are advised to audition at the Milton Schoolhouse between 12-5 p.m. that day. The top 3-5 performers will be announced between 530-6 p.m. and they will be invited to perform in front of a live audience for the grand prize during a high fashion gala at Jacoby Arts Center on Broadway in Alton. Gumbo to Geaux will be catering a dinner there before the event kicks off with the astounding Superfun Yeah Yeah Rocketship.

The auditions at Milton are free, and the vendors are all presenting handmade items! There are still spots for vending, and the slots are $20 as part of Jacoby's amazing 20th Anniversary spectacular!
