the freaks are back and this time IN BROOKLYN! ALTERNATIVE MEDICINE brings a follow-up to an original: FREAKS 2 THE FRONT, a character showcase sequel (with some sketches) at the Kings County comedy staple: the Brooklyn Comedy Collective!!! this is a character parade of epics proportions that you won’t wanna miss.
About Alternative Medicine: Alternative Medicine is an absurdist sketch comedy group hailing from New York City featuring Marty Chandler, Colleen Granberg, Brian Martin, Sofia Pastena, Katie Redden, and Patrick Walsh. In 2025, they held a sold-out 8 month residency at NYC’s The PIT, and made their off-Broadway debut at The Theater Center (NYC). You can find them at major comedy clubs in NYC such as: Caveat, The PIT, and Brooklyn Comedy Collective. Mr. Show meets Monty Python meets a secret third thing.
Alternative Medicine is produced by Spencer Giles and directed by Jason Tyus Smith.

- Must be 21+ to attend. No outside alcohol is allowed in the space.
- There are 60 seats - first come, first serve - and then standing room up to capacity.
