Saturday, April 12th is the 3rd session of a 3 part workshop, and will be held at the West Park Public Library. The workshop is called “Alternate Endings”, and focuses on helping people get their Advance Directives completed by National Healthcare Decisions Day on April 16th.
Alternate Endings was created to help you change how your story ends, by giving you and your loved ones or support people the tools needed to be more informed and prepared for your end of life.
Even if your family knows your wishes, there may be legal roadblocks, family disagreements, or emotional or religious reasons that prevent your wishes from being carried out.
Come join us in a safe and welcoming environment, as we talk about the difficult things, and help you get all of the necessary paperwork in order. Each participant receives a packet that includes a complete State of Ohio Advance Directive- Healthcare Power of Attorney, Living Will, and Donor Registry Form.
This FREE class is from 12:00-3:30 in Community Space #2 at 3805 w 157th, Cleveland, OH. This week, we meet with a financial advisor from Edward Jones.
