We’re inviting seniors and caregivers to join us for the Grand Opening on Friday, December 5, 2025, from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., at our newest AltaMed location, PACE – Pomona to learn more about the AltaMed PACE program and tour the facility.
