Join us and other Nonprofit organizations for this book signing event at Black Diamond HQ on November 12th from 6 PM to 9 PM!Enjoy a beverage and some snacks while you listen to a thought provoking talk by Andrew McLean on Mountain Mishaps. After Andrew’s talk we will have a brief panel discussion with some of the creators of the book, as well as representatives from some of our favorite local partners: Friends of Little Cottonwood Canyon, Students for the Wasatch, Wasatch Backcountry Alliance, and Canyon Guard. The panel will discuss the current state of the gondola proposal, as well as thoughts and ideas for consideration when it comes to protecting and recreating the Wasatch.
Purchase a signed copy of the book by Howie Garber and other local contributors with 100% of the proceeds going to preventing the Little Cottonwood Gondola project.
