Join us on June 2nd for an exquisite light four-course wine dinner with winemaker Jérôme Mader from Alsace's Jean Luc Mader winery!
Jean-Luc and Anne Mader established their winery in 1981, and their son Jérôme joined them in 2005 after gaining international experience and an oenological diploma. By 2023, the Domaine had expanded to 11 hectares across 38 blocks in Hunawihr, Ribeauvillé, Riquewihr, and Kientzheim, including 2 hectares in Grand Cru sites Rosacker and Schlossberg, and another 2 hectares in Lieu-dit sites.
Jérôme converted his family's estate to organic farming in 2007, prioritizing low yields and healthy soils to produce well-balanced, long-lasting wines that reflect Alsace’s geological diversity. All harvesting is done by hand, with whole bunch pressing and natural fermentation, following the rich traditions of Alsace.
Jérôme himself will be joining us for an intimate Josephine meal paired meticulously with his artisanal Alsace wines. Secure your space for the opportunity to learn more about his vast wine experience while drinking his wines as they should be drunk - with a delicious French meal!
