The ALRC is hosting a Dutch Oven Clinic on Saturday, June 19, 2021.Experienced cooks will demonstrate cooking in a dutch oven, trade recipes and secrets, tell a few stories and share a meal.
For those who have never cooked in a Dutch oven and want to learn, the clinic is a great place to learn. Many dutch oven cooks are more than happy to help anyone interested in the hobby get started.
DESCRIPTION OF THE DUTCH OVEN CLINIC
Date: Saturday, June 19, 2021
Time: 3pm to 6 pm. Demonstrations from 3-5, eating by 5:30pm
Staging Info: Meet at Heritage Park around 2pm and plan to have dish completed by 5pm.
