Alpheus Williams: Union BrigadierSunday, November 16 | 2 p.m. | Crown Point Library
Although he served throughout the Civil War, Alpheus Williams is little remembered today. Presenter Ron Carlson will share Williams’ story—from leading troops at Second Manassas and Gettysburg to the Atlanta Campaign—while drawing from Williams’ personal letters written to his daughters.
