  • Building and Creating In-Person Service
  • Developing Well-Rounded Leadership
  • Effective and Engaging Recruitment
  • Keep Your Members and Make New Ones
  • Making your Chapter Meetings and Operations Flow Better
  • Modern Chapter Finance and Budgeting
  • Modern New Member / Pledge Education
  • Preparing for the 2023 National Convention
  • Refresh your Fellowship Programs
  • Rituals, Ceremonies, and Traditions
  • Transition from Active to Alumni

We ask that all attendees bring laptops with copies of their chapter's bylaws and operating policies, pledge/new member education programs, service programs, fellowship programs, leadership programs, budgets, recruitment plans, and anything else you need to be the most informed.

A block of rooms has been held at the Marriott Delta Hotel of Racine at the rate of $85/night (normally $127/night) for four people occupancy. Reservations can be made by calling the hotel directly at 262.886.6100 and mentioning you are booking for the Alpha Phi Omega Region Conference on November 11-13.

We strongly encourage you to plan on staying both nights of the conference at the hotel, as our programming will go very late Friday night, then pick back up first thing in the morning on Saturday, and continue late again on Saturday night. Your safety is incredibly important to us and we don't want people driving across the Midwest on little sleep. There are no scheduled activities on Sunday, so plan to leave at your leisure that morning.

The Marriott Delta Hotel is accessible by car from Interstate 41/94 and there is no charge for on-site parking.

Amtrak has 12 trips a day to and from the nearby Sturtevant (SVT) station, which is a just a short 2-1/2 mile cab or Uber/Lyft ride away from the hotel. The hotel also offers a shuttle service that you can schedule through them. Those traveling by train should book through amtrak.com for the best rate.
