Figment's ALPHA FEST is an adult summer camp built for artists, creators, makers, and doers of any discipline, skill level, age range, or experience. We welcome anyone and everyone to come experiment with us! Create a new piece of art, showcase an underused talent, build on a theme, host a workshop or game --there's no end to what you can bring; there are no bad ideas! This is THE place to try, fail, swing hard, and reinvent yourself among a creative and supportive community of participatory artists.
Alpha fosters interactive or participatory projects in any medium or discipline and encourages you to either bring a project and offering of your own--or join a team up and collaborate. All participants are expected to bring a project to ALPHA
We provide a basic structure (cabins, event space, and meal plans, if desired), and YOU bring the programming and experiences.
