About this Event
This summit is designed to empower Latine professionals to lead with confidence, cultural pride, and authenticity — without compromising who they are. Based on the Identity-Centered Leadership™ framework, this experience helps participants clarify their leadership identity, challenge internalized narratives, and lead with alignment and impact. This is a space to reconnect with who you are, reimagine how you lead, and reclaim your voice — unapologetically.
By the end of the day, participants will:
- Understand their unique leadership identity and strengths
- Identify and disrupt internalized barriers (impostor voice, cultural pressure, etc.)
- Gain practical tools for leading with clarity, presence, and intention
- Redefine leadership on their own terms — not someone else’s template
- Leave with a personal Leadership Declaration and action plan
Includes:
- 4 dynamic sessions (75 min each)
- Participant workbook with frameworks + reflection tools Ideal
Participants:
- Professionals in mid-level to senior roles, emerging leaders, or those navigating transitions who want to lead with power and purpose.
- University students who are club/organization leaders.
