Get ready for the ultimate Sunday relaxation experience at Aloha Flow at Island Shrimp Co.! Join us on Second Sundays throughout the summer at Island Shrimp Co. Rockett's Landing --11 Orleans Street, Richmond, VA 23231 for a morning filled with fun, laughter, and good vibes. Our event will start at 10:00 AM, so make sure to arrive a few minutes early to set down your mat.
Experience a unique blend of mindfulness and movement as local yoga instructor and wellness business owner, Lily Goodman, guides you through a 45-minute outdoor morning yoga session overlooking the beautiful scenery of the James River.
Afterward, enjoy delicious coffee from Blanchard's complimentary from Island Shrimp Co and interact with other people at the event!

The yoga class is $10 and sign-up ahead is encouraged to guarantee a spot as limited spaces are available.
