ALMS Presents: The Optics! Every Wednesday in June & July we're bringing live music to Elstro Plaza, where Richmond Parks & Recreation hosts a weekly food truck rally from May through October.The live music runs from 11 to 1 and the food trucks close at 2. Watch this space for details and updates!
