Join us for our gentle Autumn 2025 Retreat Day to explore simple ways we can support & nourish our health & energy. The day begins with warm breakfast muffins, smoothies and a gentle meditation.
In the first workshop we will be crafting a simple wooden wand, selecting the energies of different trees, before combining these with crystals, essential oils and other ingredients.
Joining us, we have Neeta Devalia of Wellness With Neeta, who will be guiding us through an hour of gentle seated yoga - Neeta is an experienced yoga teacher, Reiki Master and meditation facilitator.
Lunch includes a hearty autumnal stew with fresh bread, followed by an apple and apricot crumble.
In the afternoon, we will discuss body brushing before creating a cleansing aromatherapy body scrub with a range of natural ingredients.
Tea and cakes follows, before rounding off the day with a gentle Soundbath and meditation.
