Danza Viva returns to FRINGE WORLD presenting the latest installment in their Tablao series 'Alma Flamenca'. Sofia Pratt is the director of Danza Viva and began her journey with FRINGE WORLD in 2017 when she presented her contemporary Flamenco show 'Loco' and won the Dance & Physical Theatre award. Since then she has produced numerous shows for FRINGE WORLD and now teams up with musicians from the popular FRINGE WORLD act 'La Pandilla Flamenca' with an exploration of the gypsy soul; a presentation of pure Flamenco passion and technique that also happens to be - as always - just a little bit crazy.'Alma Flamenca' features Danza Viva artists soloists Sofia Pratt, Annalisa Cicchini, Monica Galeotti Medina and Eloise Budimlich, and La Pandilla Flamenca musicians Will Ditcham and Moira Desport.Presented by:Danza VivaDanza Viva is Perth's original Flamenco and Spanish Dance Company and Academy. Director Sofia Pratt offers classes for all ages and levels as well as a professional training program. Danza Viva have created many successful stage productions independently and with FRINGE WORLD and their professional dancers and musicians perform regularly around Perth.Danza Viva are joined by musicians from 'La Pandilla Flamenca'.
