Dr Balalis has placed and helped achieve results for over 170 patients on the Allurion Program. Dr Balalis is the only Allurion Centre of Excellence in Australia and the only accredited Allurion Surgeon in South Australia, and together with his supportive team continues to invest himself in his patient's care throughout the program.
Dr Balalis works closely with Justine Hawke and the team from NFWLS who is globally recognised with Allurion and is the ANZ Representative on the Regional Dietetics Board. Together they have by far the most experience in Australia with this non-invasive procedure that is placed and passed without the need for anaesthesia, sedation or endoscopy.
