Stephen J Scott

Stephen, hailing from Sydney, Australia, received his formal music education at the Australian National University in Canberra. He has a rich music background, with experience across a range of genres including Blues, Funk, Latin, Jazz, and Country Music. His performance contexts have varied from solo acts to playing with Big Bands. Internationally, Stephen has showcased his talents in locations like Hong Kong, Singapore, Thailand, Samoa, Brazil, and the Middle East. Noteworthy performances include the Manly Jazz Festival during the Sydney Olympics in 2000, an Australian High Commission tour of Samoa in 2001, a residency at the Regency Intercontinental Bahrain in 2002, and as a resident musician at the JW Marriott Hotel in Kuwait in 2003. Stephen has co-produced three CD projects: "Espiroto Do Brasil" recorded in Rio De Janeiro in 1999, "Flute Journeys" in 2004, and "Tico Tico" in 2006. An experienced educator, he has worked in the international high school system for the last decade, always seeking to learn and improve his skills, especially during school holidays through various workshops and playing holidays. After spending seven years in Hong Kong, Stephen is delighted to be part of a group of dedicated musicians who are deeply committed to serving music through the principle of deep listening.

Chiin-Zhe Tan

Chiin is a versatile bassist, comfortable across genres such as jazz, funk, RnB, and pop. Originally from London, he has been living and performing in Hong Kong for the past ten years, playing at a diverse array of venues.

Chiin是一名多才多藝的低音提琴手,不論是爵士、放克、RnB還是流行音樂,他都能游刃有餘。他來自倫敦,但已在香港生活了十年,在那裡他在各種場合演出。


Rachel Sung

Rachel is a local jazz vocalist known for her warm tone and passion for interpreting classic jazz standards. She brings stories to life through her lyrics, phrasing, and vocal improvisation. In the UK, she performed as a vocalist with two big bands and conducted MPhil research on jazz music and vocal improvisation. She has performed at various live music venues such as Lau Bak Livehouse, Lost Stars Livehouse Bar & Eatery, Chez Trente, and Fountain de Chopin.

Barnaby Lu

Barnaby is a keyboardist who graduated from the Musicians Institute. His playing is influenced by jazz greats Bill Evans and Keith Jarrett, and he is developing his own unique style on the piano.
