Join us for a guided tour of Minnehaha Commons!

Minnehaha Commons, located on Lake Street, provides 44 units of supportive housing for adults aged 55 and older. This tour offers a unique opportunity to learn about the vital role Minnehaha Commons plays in providing stable housing for older adults in Minneapolis, as well as the broader work of Alliance Housing in developing affordable housing through strong community partnerships.

The tour is open to everyone—bring a friend, colleague, or family member! It’s a great chance to discover how you can support housing solutions in your community.

Tours will be led by Alliance’s Director of Development, Craig Freeman, at 1:00 PM and 2:30 PM. Staff from Property Solutions & Services, our onsite property management team, and Touchstone Mental Health, our onsite service provider, will also be available to answer questions and share insights about their work.
