Are you an avid reader looking for the next addition to your “tbr” pile? Would you love the opportunity to spend some time with fellow bookworms and develop connections? Are you excited to share your favorite books with just about anyone who will listen?If you answered yes, then the Alley Kat’s Book Swap is going to be the perfect event for you!
Don’t know what a book swap is? Don’t worry, it’s really simple!
All you have to do is bring a book (or several books, up to 5) that you’re willing to trade. For each book you bring, you'll receive a token. Once the swap begins, you'll be able to cash in your token(s) for the other swappers' books. (See, we told you it was simple!)
We’ll have light refreshments and a few bookish activities, including a bookmark making station, and Swappers are welcome to do some private, after hours shopping.
The basics:
- Doors open at 6pm, Swap starts at 6:30pm
- Books must be in good or better condition, free of damage and tears, and have no missing pages
- Limit of 5 books per person
- Ages 18 and up only, please
Tickets are only $5 and can be purchased through the ticket link in this event or through our website - Space is limited, so be sure to get your tickets before they sell out!
