Allen Citizens Police Academy is a 12-week program for residents and businesses to learn about the department's structure and operations.About this Event

Course schedule
Allen CPA takes place on Wednesdays from 6-9 p.m, over a 12-Week period. Enrollment is limited to the first 32 applicants. A mandatory background check is performed on all applications.
There may be an additional (optional) Saturday class, the schedule is always subject to change. Some classes are held at off-site locations.

- After graduation, graduates are eligible to train for two community volunteer groups: Volunteers in Policing and Citizens on Patrol
- After graduation, graduates can join Allen's Citizens Police Academy Alumni Association
