Country Music Entertainer, Allan Webster, began his involvement in the music scene at a very early age of 14 years, when he began playing in a band in England. During the 60’s Allan played in various venues in Liverpool, mainly the Cavern, during the era of The Beatles, Gerry & The Pacemakers and The Searchers.
Allan immigrated to Australia in 1964 and formed a band named “The Road Runners”, playing with a typical “Mersey Sound”. They became a very sought after band, not only locally, but especially in Adelaide.
Many bands followed, mainly Cabaret Bands, and in the late 90’s Allan became involved in Country Music, which proved to be a wise career move for him as in the last 25 years he has become a very successful solo country music performer, giving him the opportunity to travel both interstate and overseas featuring at Festivals and Events.
This year alone has seen him perform in New Zealand, Mildura, and has just returned from Tasmania. A full year combined with interstate and local tours with other Artists.
Singing Country comes naturally to Allan and he has a reputation for belting out Classic Country Music, along with some heartfelt ballads, with his dynamic voice and unique style and delivery of a song.
He has an energetic stage presence, and loves to entertain. It has been said that, “He’s a breath of fresh air, with his style of music, and exudes a lot of energy when he is performing, and you can’t help being encompassed by it”
