To assist in cultivating your perfect experience, please bring the following:
- yoga mat
- journal
- *two blankets
- *two yoga blocks
- bolster or a firm pillow or cushion
- *one yoga strap
- eye pillow
- water bottle
- favorite colored pencils, crayons, or drawing pen
- comfy socks and a soft, cozy hat
*The studio will provide blankets, blocks, and yoga straps if you don't have your own.
Long-time Pilgrimage teacher, Nicole Pisciotto, firmly believes and promotes that joy daily is our divine right. Through her deep healing techniques, she will assist you in uncovering the richness in your soul, along with a lot of self-love to take away into your daily life.
$35 if registered by February 11; $40 after.

Workshop Cancellation Policy:
There are no refunds. Cancellations made by 5:00 PM on the day prior to the workshop will receive a studio credit toward services (not retail products) for the amount paid. Cancellations made after 5:00 PM on the day prior to the workshop will not receive a refund or credit.
