This gentle and easy workshop is suitable for everyone. You don’t have to feel jolly to do it—the exercises release endorphins anyway and give an immediate lift to the spirits.
Laughter Yoga, is a process of guided breathing exercises combined with simple, easy movements, to liberate laughter. You don’t need to feel happy to benefit from the release of endorphins that accompany the exercises. The body doesn't know the difference between fake and real laughter. All the benefits are the same. This is laughter not as comedy but as a practice.
The only yoga required is breathing!
