We will do Solar Plexus chakra balancing meditation, journaling, and create art to inspire the 3rd Chakra and what we want to create in our lives.
Each person will be gifted with a yellow gemstone.
Our solar plexus chakra vibrates with yellow. Dive into yellow to support, your focus, your goals, your digestion, nervous system, your self expression and manifestation of life!
Our cooking will be by Italian cook Christian! Saffron risotto- yummy! Kitchen area will be open to q and a for those wishing to learn more about how to make this lovely North Italian dish.
We will express our inner yellow via an art project which each person will take home!
We will be guided in a meditation followed by a short journal writing.
Come down and get your yellow on! (Figuratively and literally.)
All materials included.
Recommended to wear something yellow or bring a yellow accent.
