Ladies,Join us for our all women's Brazilian Jiu Jitsu class on Friday October 17th from 7:00-8:30pm. The class is for ages 12 & up and no experience required.
This session will be NOGI (no uniform) so please dress in rash guards, tank tops, and t-shirts for the upper body, while opting for spats, shorts, or even gi pants for the lower body. Sandals, flip flops, or Crocs are preferred so you can go on and off the mats and remove your foot ware easily.
