Ross Yarranton is a professional BBQ chef and author of Drongo's Guide to BBQ Mastery and has co-authored British & Australian BBQ Secrets with Ben Bartlett, a Masterchef of Great Britain and Embassador for Love British Food. He has a successful barbeque servicing and repair company and also conducts private barbeque cookery classes.
This free event includes a Q & A session, cooking demonstration and food tasting. Whether you're a seasoned grill master or just love to eat, this event is perfect for all BBQ enthusiasts.
