THIRD SUNDAY THIS MONTH. WE DO NOT WANT TO CONFLICT WITH OUR NEIGHBORS FALL BARONIAL.Come join us for a wonderful practice! Period clothing is not required for practice so show up in the clothes YOU are comfortable in. There is an air-conditioned building we can cool off in with flushing toilets. Bring your Arts and Science projects to work on if you want. This will be a "pack it in pack it out" mentality. We don't want to over whelm the dumpster on site since we get to use it for free. Bring a chair if you can for outside use, as there is limited available outdoor seating. Indoor seating is fine.
PARKING! there is limited parking on site, so if you don't wanna have to park on street side and haul your gear in try and get there early. When you enter site we will be following the road on site to the LEFT and following the loop around to the point where it has made it back to the main split from there we will start parking at ANGLES nose in along the road until the loop has filled up. At that point we will start parking in the gravel area. When that fills, that's when off site parking will start. SPEED LIMIT IS 5 MPH, please mind the speed and watch for pedestrians.
** We've got insurance, but haven't had confirmation from the equestrian folks whether they will be out at the next practice ** If they are present, then we'll use the equestrian waivers again, if not, standard waiver check and signing will be happening at relevant areas.
HORSES!!!! If there is horses on site, EVERY PERSON in attendance will be needing to sign an equestrian waiver. This is MANDETORY. If you don't sign this waiver, you will not be allowed on site. I am sorry if this is a problem for anyone but we must protect our horses, riders, site AND Members. The waivers will be at the front gate as you enter.
