About the Teachers:
Nikki is a Hatha and Vinyasa yoga teacher, who is also the co-owner of AGOY Yoga and qualified sound healer, teaching in Darwin for three years. Her inclusive, nurturing sessions help everyone cultivate body–mind awareness and feel welcome.
Courtney began her yoga journey as a student seeking connection and balance. Trained in Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, Restorative yoga and Sound Healing, she now shares her passion as co-owner of AGOY Yoga, helping others ‘meet themselves’ through practice.
