This Monday Pop Up is a class to show how we can vary a pose by changing the angle, position on the floor and how common a simple position can be woven through your practice.We can easily visualise our dancer pose as a standing pose but we can change it to look or feel quite different just by doing the same basic thing and binding our crescent moon and many other poses. It is a time to play with your practice and think of things in a new way.
The class is a small class allowing plenty of time for adjustments and modifications, giving you insight to improve your practice.
