We are grateful to be invited to share a yoga practice in Springdale Cemetery for All Souls Day.Join us for a gentle flow that celebrates our life and breath as we honor the collective impact of those who came before. This nurturing practice will support you in moving through grief, whether related to missed loved ones or other worldly woes. Through reflection and connection, honor your journey and those who have shaped it. You're welcome to bring a journal and a photo or a small token that represents a loved one as we create a shared altar of remembrance.
Warm cider will be provided. Dress for the weather and bring blanket(s) and mat for maximum comfort. In the event of wet weather or extreme cold, the class will be rescheduled or canceled. You'll be notified via email if this should occur. All participants will receive an email and text in the event of a location change.
Registered participants will receive an email and text with specific location details within Springdale Cemetery.
Minimum donation: $20
