Each Sunday morning at 10am we gather (in the Essential Energies Library) to recieve what Spirit has to offer and share what is in out hearts. Our service starts with 15 minutes of prayer and song, followed by 45 minutes of listening to and discussion with our speaker.
Our diverse speakers come from all directions with some being ministers, some motivational speakers and others from spiritual practices such as Christianity, Judaism, Buddhism, Hindu, Native American and Universal traditions.
