𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐭𝐨 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐭:
During this immersive event, skilled practitioners will use an array of instruments - crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, gongs, chimes, and more - to create a tapestry of healing sounds. These vibrations are intended to soothe the mind, relax the body, and open the heart, allowing you to release the energies of winter and welcome the growth and rejuvenation of spring. In addition Multidimensional Healing and Light Language are infused throughout the night. We will begin the evening with a Cacao Ceremony to open up your hearts. You will be grounded and your energy will be cleansed allowing you to be open up to receive and we will set an intention for the Spring Equinox.
For the first 90 minutes, you will be immersed in our normal Sound Journeying session after which we will continue playing the gongs much quiter throughout the night.
𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐉𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐧𝐞𝐲:
We will beginning the evening at 10pm, however, you will be arriving at 9pm. You’ll be gently guided into a meditative state, where the harmonious frequencies will help clear stagnant energy and promote a sense of peace and clarity. As you rest in this cocoon of sound, you may experience insights, emotional release, or simply a profound sense of calm.

We provide airbeds for your comfort, however, feel free to bring any personal comforts to create your own peaceful nest i.e. extra blankets, eye nask, crystal etc.
Consider journaling your intentions beforehand and reflect on your experiences afterward to fully integrate the benefits of the session.
