Enhance your yoga practice
Build strength and improve flexibility in the All Levels class. Classes include basic actions for standing poses, forward and back bending poses, and prepares for inversions. Clear, detailed instruction with focus on proper form and function will help you build a safe, fun and nurturing practice. You will be taught modifications for injuries so you understand how the poses work best for you according to your needs.
Weekly All Levels class:
- Mondays at 5:30pm
- Thursdays at 9:30am
- Saturdays at 9:00am
