All-Levels Yoga Class at Royal Docks- Tied House- [Bottoms Up! Yoga & Brew]

We're so excited to be hosting our first class with Royal Docks Brewing Company- Tied House to kick off our February lineup! This cozy space will be the perfect place to find your zen in an all-levels flow lead by one of our amazing local instructors. We'd also love to welcome our instructor, Lori Sindelar, into the Bottoms Up! family. After class we can check out their extensive beverage menu together and hang out with other local yogis!
