All Levels Yoga at GRBA-open to members and the public!

Summer Yoga with Mindy at GRBA returns on Wednesdays and Fridays from 8am-855am From July 10th through August 16th 2024
This All Levels Class will explore postures, mindfulness and breathing with the intentional inclusion of choices and variations to promote accessibility for all. No prior experience necessary.
Advanced sign up is encouraged-walk ins are welcome on a space available basis.
Online sign up is open until 30 minutes prior to the class start time.
Class Rates:
$20 pay per class
or purchase a YMSY discount class card.
*A portion of the proceeds benefit GRBA. The Yoga Classes are open to members and the public.
Class Location: Goose Rocks Beach Association Community House - 6 Community House Way Kennebunkport, ME 04046. On site parking available.
Cancellation policy: Absence is non refundable. Minimum of 12 hours cancellation for a class credit
Covid 19 Safety Guidelines:
There will be no physical assists offered masks are optional and welcome but not required.
- Do not come to class if you are not feeling well
Please bring your own mat or beach towel to practice on and any additional props you may want. There will be a couple of mats available on first come basis.
