All-Levels Yoga & Buds at 4 The Culture - [Bottoms Up! Yoga & Brew]

We’re rolling out something new at Bottoms Up! Yoga & Brew: a chill, BYOB (Bring Your Own Buds) yoga series designed for connection, relaxation, and movement.

This elevated class at 4 The Culture Smoke Shop will begin with a 30-minute buffer to smoke, unwind, and get settled. After that, we’ll flow into a 60-minute all-levels yoga session where the vibe is supportive, welcoming, and all about tuning into yourself.

As a bonus, the first 10 sign ups via Eventbrite for each event will receive a gift from our sponsor.

Buds not your thing? You're still welcome to attend and flow with us as always- just be aware this is a smoke and cannabis-friendly class
