Our signature SUP Yoga class with ACA & WPA SUP Yoga & PaddleFIT certified instructors Melanie Smith, Kate DeSisto, and Brooke Kohler sharing rotation for classes.These classes are for all levels of yoga practitioner and paddler. At MMY Paddle Boards & Miss Melanie Yoga we believe the practice of yoga on the water is a unifying act. Bringing together the natural elements of our environment, combined with mindfulness, and the physical practice of movement while on the water creates a container for personal growth and exploration of the self. as well as deeper apprecition for the waterways and environment.
An on land paddle board lesson is a complementary part of this class for anyone new to paddle boarding. Modifications for all poses will be provided so that you can learn to instinctively trust where your body wants to go in each pose.-These classes are 90 minutes with 15 to 20 minutes of paddling to and from our launch to our anchor area for class.-All gear is provided for you unless you select the BYOB option in which you are able to bring our own board. If you're bringing your own board we recommend boards be a length of 10 feet by at least 33 inches wide. All boards are required to have a PA boat Launch registration tag as well as a personal flotation device.-Anchors are provided even if you have your own board.-If you are in need of a board we will bring all equipment to the water for you. Each board comes with a paddle, life, jacket, and anchor.

Directions:
The route 33 DCNR / D & L trail access point & Boat Launch is located directly off of Freemansburg Ave near the Southmont Shopping Center (Texas Road House/ Panara/ TGI Fridays are right there). The access road would be right after the shopping the center if you're coming from Bethlehem and before the shopping center if coming from Easton. We strongly recommend safely carpooling to these classes if at all possible.
