Jump in to All Levels Pilates with Britney. Your instructor combines classic and contemporary Pilates techniques to provide a well-rounded, full body movement practice. New to pilates? Not a problem. Movements are set to music and easy to follow. Each session will begin with a warmup, then move into sequences that aim to challenge all your entire body. Grab your mat and get ready to move!
About The Instructor:
Britney brings over eight years of knowledge to create classes that aim to nurture the body and strengthen the mind. Britney has had the pleasure of training and teaching in many movement spaces throughout New England inlcuding Equinox, Down Under School of Yoga and Life Time Fitness. Britney fuses her years of knowledge to deliver a powerful and thoughtful class each time she steps onto the mat. Her classes focus on celebrating your body's strengths through mindful and intentional movement. Britney also understands how being new to a movement practice can be intimidating, so she loves meeting new faces and aims to empower confidence in each one of her students. The ability to walk with each student, at any level on their fitness journey is a big part of what keeps her coming back to the mic.
