About this Event
This moderately paced class, suitable for all experience levels, will match movement to breath in a fluid style. Special care will be taken in each pose to find healthy alignment and to use the body optimally for greater ease. There will be ample opportunities to choose variations of poses to suit your challenge level. You'll walk out with a deeper breath, restored spirit, and joyful step.

You can choose to use audio and/or video. Other will be able to see you unless you cover your camera or choose audio only. You will be on mute to start but can un-mute to communicate.
