About This Workshop:
Join Bradshaw for an all-levels backbend workshop designed to open and strengthen the body safely and effectively. This workshop will guide you through a variety of backbends, from gentle heart openers to deeper, more advanced poses. Emphasis will be placed on proper alignment, props in backbends, sequencing and building confidence in your practice.
Whether you're new to backbends or looking to refine your technique, this session will help you explore your range of motion with ease and support.
