🔥 Co se stane, když galerie po zavírací době nezavře, ale začne se zaplňovat příběhy surreálních postav, které si žijí vlastním životem? Farma v jeskyni, stálý soubor Centra DOX, přichází s jedinečným večerním představením, které se odehrává uprostřed výstavy David Lynch: Up in Flames.🔥
Hravost. Nostalgie. Šílenství. Záhada. Touha. Absurdita. Inspirováni Davidem Lynchem a jeho odvahou následovat imaginaci vytvořili členové a členky souboru pod vedením Viliama Dočolomanského představení přímo do prostor výstavy.
V panoptiku výstavních prostor se probouzí svět zvláštních postav, které nám mohou být něčím povědomé. Návštěvníci ve své bezprostřední blízkosti zažívají performance „na tělo“. Nahlížejí do jednotlivých místností, potkávají tajemné, občas absurdní bytosti na jejich cestě vesmírem.
V inscenaci zaznívá autorská hudba skladatele Marcela Bárty, v níž se originální kompozice volně prolínají s citacemi z Lynchovy tvorby. Účinkují Hana Varadzinová, Eliška Vavříková, Gioele Coccia, Barbora Ješutová, David Králík a Monika Částková.

🔥 What happens when a gallery doesn’t shut down after closing time but instead starts to fill up with stories of surreal characters who have a life of their own? Farm in the Cave, the in-house ensemble of the DOX Centre, has created a unique evening performance that takes place in the middle of the exhibition David Lynch: Up in Flames.🔥
Playfulness. Nostalgia. Madness. Mystery. Desire. Absurdity. Inspired by David Lynch and his courage to follow his imagination, director Viliam Dočolomanský and members of the ensemble have created a performance directly for the exhibition space.
Emerging in the panopticon of the galleries is a world of strange characters who may seem somehow familiar to us. Visitors will experience the performance “in the flesh”, taking place around them in close proximity. They can peer into individual rooms and meet mysterious, sometimes absurd beings on their journey through the universe.
The production features original music by composer Marcel Bárta which loosely intertwines original compositions and quotations from Lynch’s work. The cast consists of Hana Varadzinová, Eliška Vavříková, Gioele Coccia, Barbora Ješutová, David Králík, and Monika Částková.
